Rules.
This site will have a variety of relatively easy to follow rules in place. All individuals who sign up and participate in posting, chatting, etc on this site are subject to these rules, whether they have read them or not, and will be held to them. Admins are able to manually delete accounts and can ban individuals from creating new accounts. Please be civil, use common sense, and abide by the rules to prevent this from becoming a toxic environment.
1. Racism (including using names from a culture you are not bodily a part of), bigotry, anti-recovery, lgbtq+-phobic, and otherwise discriminatory individuals will not be permitted to remain on this site. Report individuals who fall under these categories immediately to administration thru usage of the report tool and we will deal with them as soon as possible. If you feel your report is taking too long, feel free to contact staff thru means of another social media platform. *Note that witch hunting and demanding people's bodily race will also not be tolerated.
2. Pedophiles/MAPs/NOMAPS/Zoophiles are prohibited. If you know an individual is one of these, please report them to staff immediately.
3. You must be at least 14 years of age to use and be a part of this platform. Your age is asked as a requirement when you sign up for the site. If you are found out to be younger than 14 years old, you will be removed from the site.
4. This platform is made by people with DID for people with DID. People that do not have DID are welcome to use our resource page, but we ask that you do not sign up for this platform because it is for individuals with DID or OSDD-1 to find a safe space that is not anti-recovery.
5. We do not support source calls, source dating, sharing of pseudomemories as if they are real memories, or using pseudomemories to base relationships or friendships on. This is unhealthy, dangerous, and can be a gate for manipulation. If we find source calls or anything similar, they will be deleted and the member will be issued a warning.
6. We do not support the terms D/A (delusional attachment) or IRL here. We do not cater to those individuals and they are not exempt from the no individuals without DID rule. Introjects with unhealthy source attachment will not be treated any differently and their unhealthy attachment will not be encouraged here.
7. Misinformation will not be tolerated. We do not support or believe in the idea of alter race, system hopping (divergent of the original definition), system resets (divergent of the original definition), shell alters in OSDD-1a, splitting simply from being hyperfixated on something or it being a special interest, DID/OSDD-1 existing outside of traumatic causes, etc. We also believe all systems are different in terms of the trauma they experienced affecting them differently, however it is not an excuse to spread misinformation about things that are actually impossible in the disorder.
8. Little alters will not be treated like literal children unless specified to do so by the system here. We allow littles to go anywhere and do not dictate how they will be treated or regarded. Systems are responsible for their own littles and where they are permitted to go. If you aren't comfortable with this, simply do not allow them to use this site.
9. System accountability and responsibility are practiced here. Please do not try to get out of taking responsibility for actions by saying you didn't do it.
10. Typing quirks are prohibited here because they are not accessible to visually impaired individuals or screenreaders.
11. Do not try to find loopholes or exploit loopholes in these rules. Practice using common sense and ask questions if you're unsure about something breaking a rule.
12. Introjects of problematic media sources are welcomed here, however if an individual is actively supporting and engaging in the media despite knowing it is problematic and its origins, they are not welcomed here. Examples include: the Harry Potter series, the Dream SMP, Yarachin Bitch Club, Yandere Dev, Attack on Titan, etc. (If you are concerned, please see the list of problematic medias that will be listed under the Off Limits tab under the home button).
13. NSFW content is strictly prohibited. Any posts that are involving kink terms, language, or images will be deleted, as well as any showing nudity or sexual content. Gore, violence, and other content that could be considered disturbing also falls under this category. Please be sure to view our blacklist/Off Limits tab under the home button for more information on what you can or cannot post.
Guidelines.
Here you can find information about what is or is not okay to post, ask questions about, and more. It also serves as the etiquette that should be used throughout this website and with other members of it.
Do not post triggering media, content, or pictures.
Do not vent outside of specified areas.
Do not censor words with dashes or special characters. Provide Trigger/Content warnings prior to the sensitive content and leave ample space between the warning and where the content starts.
Do not post or ask questions about RAMCOA, even in private chats or trigger warning areas. This is not a topic to be discussed anywhere within this website and all content related to it will promptly be deleted when seen or reported. If you do not know what this is, it is an acronym for specific types of severe sadistic abuses and if you have posted content involved in this, we will politely let you know.
Do not play trauma olympics.
Do not question others' traumas or if their trauma was "enough" to cause a system to have developed.
